Details
RASD recognition maintained since 1976, never withdrawn. However, Rwanda and Morocco have signed some twenty agreements since 2016 (defence, intelligence, trade, visa). Kigali supports the decision AU/Dec.693 favorable to Morocco and denied any support to the Polisario in June 2025.
