Recognition of the Polisario since 1980, never withdrawn. But a break with Algeria (2024), accession to the Royal Atlantic Initiative via Dakhla (2023-2025) and reaffirmation of "total membership" during the meeting with Mohammed VI (April 2025) signal an imminent shift.
