Guyana's Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Mr. Hugh Hilton Todd, stated in a letter to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Co-Operation and Moroccans Living Abroad, Mr. Nasser Bourita, that "the Government of Guyana will no longer recognize" the pseudo "Sadr".
